  17. Sort of. The encoder itself is only very slightly faster. The speed of
  18. the image conversion depends on the file type. Leaving a few seconds
  19. overhead per frame for copying data from ImageFX to the encoder which
  20. doesn't exist for the integrated encoder from Scala.
